SECI Recruitment 2026: Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has released Notification No. 03/2026 for recruitment of experienced professionals. A total of 28 executive posts is available under regular and fixed-term positions.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• The qualification and experience are different for each post.
• Important requirements include:
  • General Manager: Engineering degree with at least 60% marks and minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Deputy General Manager (Legal): 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB with minimum 13 years of relevant experience.
  • Deputy Manager (EMD): Relevant B.E./B.Tech with at least 60% marks and minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Deputy Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Deputy Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science/IT or MCA with at least 60% marks and minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Accounts Officer: CA, CMA or 2-year full-time MBA in Finance with at least 60% marks and minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Officer (HR & Admin.): 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM in the relevant HR field with at least 60% marks and minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Engineer (Corporate Planning): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks and minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fixed-term posts also require relevant engineering or legal qualifications and prescribed work experience.
• Qualifications must be from a recognised university/institution as specified in the notification.
• Only Indian Nationals can apply.

Age Limit

• Age will be counted as mentioned in the recruitment notification.
• OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation, where applicable.
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation for posts reserved for the category.
• PwBD: additional relaxation as prescribed.
• Ex-servicemen relaxation will be as per Government rules.

SECI Recruitment 2026: Salary and Benefits

• Regular employees will receive pay according to their respective SECI grade.
• Regular pay scales include:
  • E-8: ₹1,20,000–₹2,80,000
  • E-6: ₹90,000–₹2,40,000
  • E-3: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000
  • E-1: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000
• Regular employees may also receive benefits such as DA, HRA/lease allowance, provident fund, medical benefits, gratuity and other benefits according to company rules.
• Fixed-term posts have approximated CTC ranging from about ₹8.3 lakh to ₹13.3 lakh per year, depending on the post and year of service.
