JKSSB Recruitment 2026: Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released Advertisement Notification No. 08 of 2026 for 518 posts in four departments. The posts include Horticulture Technician Grade-IV, Junior Staff Nurse, Junior Lab Technician, Junior Pharmacist, Junior Laboratory Assistant, Supervisor and other posts. JKSSB Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Applicants must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and must have a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority by the cut-off date of 9 October 2026.
• Educational qualification: Qualification is different for each post.
  • Senior Canning Attendant: Matriculation/equivalent with 6 months’ Fruit Preservation training.
  • Horticulture Technician Grade-IV: 10+2 with one year Basic Horticulture training.
  • Junior Pharmacist: 10+2 Science with a Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Junior Staff Nurse: Matric with Science and Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery.
  • Junior Lab Technician: Matric or above with the required Lab Technology Diploma/Degree.
  • Health Educator: Graduation with Science.
  • Junior Laboratory Assistant: Graduate degree with Science.
  • Supervisor: Matriculation or equivalent. – Candidates must have the required qualification by the cut-off date. If an equivalent qualification is claimed, an Equivalence Certificate may be required.

Age Limit

• Age is calculated as on 1 January 2026.
