Educational Qualification and Experience
The eligibility requirements are different for each post.
Additional General Manager (Finance)
Candidates should have CA/CMA (ICWA) or a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized university or institute. Candidates also need 14 to 16 years of post-qualification executive experience in Corporate Accounts or Finance.
Manager (Marketing)
Candidates should have B.Sc in Agriculture or graduation with MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Agri-Business Management. The required experience is 7 to 10 years in sales and marketing of agrochemicals, pesticides, seeds or fertilizers.
Manager (Finance)
Candidates should have CA/CMA or MBA in Finance with 7 to 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in areas such as financial management, auditing, taxation and budget control.
Manager (HR & Administration)
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree, MBA, or 2-year PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or MSW. The required experience is 7 to 10 years in relevant HR functions and labour laws.
Manager (Electrical Engineering)
Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institute. Candidates need 7 to 10 years of executive experience in maintenance or operation of electrical installations in chemical or industrial plants.

Age Limit
The age limit is given according to the post.
- Additional General Manager: Maximum 50–52 years
- Manager Posts: Maximum 40–45 years
- Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwD and Ex-Servicemen candidates will be available according to Government of India rules.
