CPCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must meet the required educational qualification and work experience for the post.
• The qualification, experience and age are considered as on 1 July 2026.
• All required qualifications must be from a recognized university, institution or board.

Production

• 3-year Diploma in Chemical, Petroleum or Petrochemical Engineering, or B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject.
• Minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates.
• Minimum 55% marks for eligible SC candidates against reserved posts.
• At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in continuous process units in industries such as refining, chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer or gas processing.

Mechanical

• 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates.
• Minimum 55% for eligible SC/PwBD candidates against reserved posts.
• At least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience involving equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, boilers, exchangers, piping, valves and tanks.

Electrical

• 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Required percentage and reservation conditions apply as given in the notification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance of motors, transformers, generators, HT/LT switchgear, UPS, batteries and related electrical systems.

Instrumentation

• 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Required percentage and reservation conditions apply.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in process-control instrumentation maintenance.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 years as on 01 July 2026.
