ESIC ICT Professionals Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Project Director (PMU Head): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or other engineering disciplines along with an MBA in IT/Project Management. Candidates need at least 20 years of experience in enterprise ICT or large-scale IT environments, including 8 years managing mission-critical setups.
- Lead Positions: Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant engineering fields or MCA with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Engineer & Specialist Roles: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or MCA with at least 6 years of relevant domain experience. Professional OEM or industry certifications in the respective field are preferred.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years (as on the closing date of application submission)
- The contract will not exceed 5 years or the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
