- Civil Engineering – Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST), passed on or after 01-01-2025.
- Electrical Engineering – Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Mechanical Engineering – Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Age Limit
- Maximum Age – 23 years as of the notification date.
- Age Relaxation – For the reserved category as per rules.
