Educational Qualification and Experience
- Most senior and managerial posts require a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering along with relevant experience in metro, railway, bridges, tunnels, viaducts, underground structures or other major infrastructure projects.
- The experience requirement increases according to the level of the post. For example, Chief General Manager/General Manager posts require extensive senior-level experience, while Engineer posts require at least 2 to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- For the Draftsman and Surveyor posts, candidates need a three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering. Draftsman applicants require at least three years of experience in AutoCAD and designing, while Surveyor applicants need three years of relevant civil engineering survey experience.
