IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released Advertisement No. PR/P/Apprentice/59(2025-26) for the engagement of apprentices at its Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended).
According to the official notice of February 7, 2026, there are 637 apprenticeship slots open in various crafts and fields. From February 7 to February 20, 2026, you can apply online.

Reservation for SC, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwBD categories is applicable as per Haryana state guidelines. There is no reservation for the ST category in Haryana.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements as of 31 January 2026.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed Class XII, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation in the relevant discipline from a recognised board oruniversity.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC and PwBD candidates against reserved seats).
- Only regular full-time courses are eligible.
- Candidates with higher qualifications, such as B.E./B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, and MCA are not eligible.
- Those who completed their qualification more than five years ago are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years (as on 31 January 2026)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Selection Process
There will be no written examination. Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification. In case of a tie, seniority by date of birth and then matriculation marks will be considered.
How to Apply for the IOCL Apprentice 2026?
Candidates must complete a two-step online application process:
Step I: Register on the NAPS/NATS Portal
- Codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110 & 111: Register on the NAPS portal.
- Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107: Register on the NATS portal.
- Apply for the IOCL Panipat Refinery opportunity using the respective Establishment ID.
Step II: Submit the Google Form
- After portal registration, candidates must submit additional details through the prescribed Google Form.
- Both steps are mandatory for a successful application.
Candidates are advised to keep their email ID and mobile number active for future communication. The tentative document verification is scheduled from 05 March to 10 March 2026.
