IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have the required full-time and regular qualification for the post.
- Graduate Engineer: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant engineering discipline with:
- 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC (NCL).
- 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Officer (Marketing): Full-time 2-year MBA/PGDBA in Marketing Management with the required marks.
- Officer (Law): Graduation with LLB or 5-year integrated LLB. The law qualification must be recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Assistant Quality Control Officer: Full-time Master’s degree in Chemistry or an applicable Chemistry specialisation.
- Diploma Engineer: Full-time 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Diploma Engineer – Safety: Diploma in Engineering plus the required Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Part-time, distance, correspondence and online qualifications are not accepted where the notification requires a regular full-time qualification.
- The required final qualification must be available by 30 September 2026.

- Experience is not required for the other listed posts unless specifically prescribed by the notification.
