Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Candidates must possess fluency in the local language, a passion for teaching, and basic computer operation knowledge.
Experience Criteria
Candidates must meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Ex-banker with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in any Nationalized Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
- Individuals with at least 5 years of experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.
- Individuals with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Correspondent (BC) or BC-Coordinator.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an RSETI Director or minimum 5 years as RSETI Faculty.
Note: Retired employees of Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank will be given preference.

- Maximum Age: 65 years or below at the time of appointment.
Remuneration & Contract
