Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- For IS audit jobs, you need a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in computer science, IT, electronics, or a related discipline with at least 50% marks. People with an MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc in CS/IT are also eligible.
- For CA – Internal Audit: A Chartered Accountant (CA) who is a member of the ICAI.
CISA, CISSP, CISM, DISA, CEH, ISO 27001, and other certifications are preferred.
Experience:
- AVP (IS Audit): At least six years of relevant experience, three of which must be in IS/cybersecurity audit.
- Assistant Manager (IS Audit): At least three years of experience in a similar field.
- Deputy Manager (CA – Internal Audit): You need at least one year of audit experience after getting your degree.
Teaching or training experience will not be counted.
Age Limit:
The age limit (as of 31 January 2026) is:
- AVP (IS Audit): 27 to 45 years
- Deputy Manager (IS Audit): 25 to 35 years
- Deputy Manager (CA – Internal Audit): 21 to 35 years
Age relaxation is available for SC/ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per government rules.
SBI SCO Recruitment 2026: Selection Procedure
The selection process will be based on:
- Shortlisting
- Interview (100 marks)
For the contractual AVP post, CTC negotiation will also be done at the time of the interview. The final merit list will be prepared based only on interview marks.
Salary & Benefits
- AVP (IS Audit): CTC up to ₹50 lakhs per annum (85% fixed + 15% variable).
- Deputy Manager (Regular): Pay scale: ₹64,820–₹93,960 with DA, HRA, PF, NPS, medical, and other benefits as per rules.
